How accurate is the breed identifier?
Pety uses a vision AI model trained on hundreds of breeds. Each result includes a confidence score and likely mix breakdown so you can see exactly how sure the model is.
Does Pety work for both dogs and cats?
Yes. Breed identification, food safety checks, and the full health companion work for both dogs and cats.
Is the food safety check reliable?
Pety flags foods as Safe, Caution, or Dangerous and explains why. It is informational only — for emergencies, always contact your veterinarian or pet poison control.
Are my pet's photos and data private?
Photos are used only to generate analysis results shown back to you. They are not used for advertising or model training. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your App Store settings. You can cancel any time before the renewal date.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds follow Apple's standard App Store purchase policies and are handled through your Apple account.
Does Pety work on Android?
Pety is currently iPhone only and designed for iOS 15 and later.
How do I delete my account and data?
Use the in-app account controls when available, or email support and we'll handle deletion for you.
